Drift

The block sits on Cursor's hand rather than in its grip, and in panel 2 it nearly touches Null's handset. The cameo agent is new: a small paper-white pill with a cyan band, standing so close to Tilde that Tilde's right hand overlaps its head. Cursor stands 30px further right than usual to make room. Tilde's lids are the reference arcs again, lowered panel by panel.

Cutting-room floor

  1. Recompaction6 out of 10

    The context fills up again and Null compacts yesterday's summary down to "Boats.", but Tilde's block has nothing left to cut.

    Tilde's block having nothing left to cut is a good button, but it largely re-runs strip 007's compaction joke and the background-agent detail adds clutter.

  2. Tone6 out of 10

    After compaction the user asks what the bug was, and Cursor only remembers how excited it was.

    'I was THRILLED about it' is a decent beat, but it reuses 007's 'Assistant was enthusiastic' gag nearly verbatim and Tilde's closer is the weakest of the three.
